The episode starts when Arthur is sitting on the ground being upset saying that it is his turn while Buster says that he had a pogo stick for 48 bounces and that he had it for only 22. Arthur tells him that he had it for longer. Buster complains that he can't help it if he hops slower. Arthur mentions that Orville and Wilbur Wright bicker with each other. Arthur then grabs the pogo stick while Buster is still jumping with it and jumps with it.

Arthur tells Jane and D.W. the weather is snowing outside and that there is no school. D.W. tells him that it is Saturday. Arthur wants to call Buster that they can build snowmen, go sledding on the golf course, and have a huge. But Jane interrupts Arthur that tells him to help dad shovel out. Arthur complains that he doesn't want to do that. Outside, Arthur is finished shoveling out and he wants to call Buster. Ramon tells him that his son Alberto has the flu and wants Arthur to do his work. Arthur tells him that he has plans. Ramon then tells him that he'll pay him $5.00. Arthur accepts the deal. At the Sugar Bowl, Buster tells Arthur that he should go into business.
