Chip Crosswire is a character in the Arthur TV series. He is Muffy's college-age brother who is first referred to in Arthur's Perfect Christmas, first mentioned in the dialogue in "Phony Fern", and first appeared in Matchmaker, Match Breaker. He is a freshman at Talahassee Tech, a fictional college in the series. He closely resembles his father Ed.
