Westboro Apartments is apartment complex owned by landlord Mr. Sanders. Francine and her family reside in one of the apartments there. Mrs. Pariso is another resident who lives in Unit #4 right close to the Frenskys, after she moved into that unit in the segment Francine Goes to War. It is located in Northeast Elwood City.
Frensky Apartment
