Westboro Apartments is apartment complex owned by landlord Mr. Sanders. Francine and her family reside in one of the apartments there. Like D.W. and Baby Kate, Francine and Catherine both share a room, also. The Frenskys also own a pet cat named Nemo. It is located in Northeast Elwood City.
