"The Bowl of Fruit" is poem that is written and recited by George at the library in "Arthur's Dummy Disaster."

The Poem[edit]

"An orange, an apple, and a banana;

this bowl of fruit doesn't come from a can-a.

It's real, it's fresh, it's good to eat;

the stuff from a can is much too sweet."
