Martha is Mrs. MacGrady's sister. She comes over to help Mrs. MacGrady when she has cancer in "The Great MacGrady."
She also appears via webcam in "D.W., Queen of the Comeback," calling from India.
It's unknown how old Martha is, but judging from her hair (which doesn't show signs of graying/whitening), she appears to be much younger than her sister.
