Dr. Victor Frankenstein is the main character of novel Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. In the story, he (and in some adaptions his assistant) bring to life a person made of dead body parts.
Frankenstein appeares in the introduction to "Arthur's Snow Biz," where his assistant wants his name included so he gets credit too, much to the doctor's disapproval.
The novel Frankenstein is mentioned in "Fernkenstein's Monster." However, Shelley's Frankenstein did not have an assistant and was horrified rather than proud of his creation.
