Dex is a handyman who does various jobs around Elwood City. He was amongst multiple other duck workers in "Arthur's Birthday." He also appeared in the opening of "The Last of Mary Moo Cow", where D.W. complained he was taking too long to fix the TV set, so she used his screwdriver to fix it herself.
