Carl Pacheva is a man who works at Bob's Camera Shop.
Biography[edit]
In "Arthur's Pet Business", he said "What kind of engine is this?", in Arthur's imagination.
He got his first name in "How the Cookie Crumbles," he is at the photography studio at Bob's Camera Shop and shows the kids the new bag design for Muffy's cookies. He is referred to as Carl by Muffy in this episode.
His last name is Pacheva, as revealed in Arthur - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll, when Mr. Haney calls him up for winning the raffle for a Pot Holder Bath Mat.
In "Francine Frensky, Superstar," he shows Francine the inner workings of a film camera, although his warning is not fast enough and she exposes the film to light. He appears to work at Bob's Camera Shop, because in "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver," he gives Buster a free camera.
