THE CJ IS BACK (successful)

I've been an administrator for several months now and I've been a user of the Arthur Wiki since late 2010. In my last year and a half being here I have edited, helped users to the best of my ability, removed spam, blocked troublesome users, and done other things for the wiki. Why I think I should be a Bureaucrat is because I'm on this wiki daily and when the other administrators aren't around due to them being busy I can always take over the role of watching the wiki. I can also give user rights to users who run for various positions that are available or needed and are supported by fellow users including administrators alike. These are my reasons for running. • As much as I think we're covered with admins, I have no choice but to support this. In addition to making countless contributions to this wiki, Orion has responded to vandalism in a way that no one else has. I rarely have to undo vandalism because he is always able to cake tare of it so quickly. I feel that he will be a great permanent administrator for the wiki. --Muppetfan 14:38, July 5, 2012 (UTC)

Oppose

• I must point out multiple reasons of why Orion001 receiving permanent admin rights would be a bad idea. Although last time I talked to Cj he stated that "Orion will not be a permanent admin", I was kindly greeted by this request just now. I must point out that Orion001 has been blocked twice from this wiki, and that his administrator rights were only meant to be temporary while CJ was on vacation. I must also add that in the past few weeks, Arthur wiki has added two additional administrators, meaning that "we're covered with admins" . Other things I've notice include that Orion tends to leave chat when confronted with simple questions (eg: "why did you make this edit?", etc.) rather then answer them like a responsible administrator would. I feel Orion also leaves inappropriate and grammatically wrong (to the point I can't understand it) warning and block messages (eg: "you are the weakest link, goodbye"). Although Orion001 has good edits (and bad, thus being blocked in the past), I feel he is not responsible enough to handle a permanent administrative position, and I also feel that users here have forgotten this user's past. I may also add that as of this message being posted, no users without sysop or chatmod rights have commented on this RfA, and I will request that this RfA not be closed until 10 votes have been submitted (with some voters not being admin). PS: I don't have any conflict history with Orion, and everything typed above is my honest opinion. Colgatecity 17:17, July 5, 2012 (UTC)

• Yesterday Orion and me saved the wiki from heavy vandalism (along with the help of other users that assisted us yesterday). Had you not been hear this wiki would of been completely vandalized and it would of taken me a while to fix it. • While I am not against Colgatecity or his opinions, I did want to clarify a one thing said in his post: Orion's blocking was later looked into and deemed uncalled for by the admins, hence the reason we basically pretend that they never happened. --Muppetfan 19:07, July 5, 2012 (UTC)

• Hello everyone, I am requesting to become an administrator of this wiki. I joined the wiki March 7, 2010, and have made 1,260 edits in that time period. For a while I took a long break from editing the wiki, but I've been back for a while now and am not planning on taking any breaks from editing anytime soon. For a while I was one of the only contributors of Arthur Wiki, and along with Noahcs and FrancineFan3833, helped expand this wiki and turn it around. I have created many many pages and uploaded many images. I would like to become an admin so that I can help fix vandalism and delete unnecessary pages. I'm very interested in expanding and fixing the wiki to make it more easily accessible to everyone, so that everyone can have unlimited Arthur knowledge. --Muppetfan 01:31, April 1, 2012 (UTC)
• I support this decision because I'm the only daily admin on the wiki. Having two daily administrators would make things better around here and would allow us to address issues quicker then ever before.
