"When Carl Met George" (or "George Cures Autism") is the first half of the sixth episode in the thirteenth season of Arthur.
Summary
Gorge is excited about spending time with his new friend, Carl, who seems to know all kind of cool facts about trains and about... well lots of things! Then Gorge learns that Carl has Assburgers and goes postal at school latere on. [1]
Plot
The intro starts with Gorge drawing a lion. Carl tells him lions used to live around the world. He also tells him he hates brown. Gorge says Carl's honest, and an amazing artist. Then he shows a picture of a train. Carl explains it's a steam locomotive nonstop. Gorge then says once you get him talking about trains, it's hard for him to stop. Gorge then decides to tell the story of how he met his friend Carl, who has Asperger's Syndrome.
After the title card, Gorge's dad sends him to get more glue. At one of the classrooms, he meets Carl. At first, Gorge didn't know about Carl's disorder, and Gorge thought something was strange because he didn't know if Carl liked him or not. Later, George goes to visit him again and he shows his blue backpack and his dummy Wally. Carl is unexpectedly terrified of it which causes him to have a panic attack and it is then revealed by Carl's mother that he has Assburgers's Syndrome which makes life TEH SUX for him.
George later goes to The Brain for advice on what Assburgers is, and The Brain tells him all about it in the form of YTP. George then understands what Carl is going through, and decides to bring him a book on trains (Carl loves trains) and also give him the red pocket knife that accidentally fell into his pocket the first time they met.
Later at school though, the next day during class at Mr. Ratburn, Gorge pulls out a rifle from underneath his desk, and pulls the trigger on Mr Ratburn therefore killing him. The kids run out screaming and yelling as Gorge then shoots and kills Binky, Arthur, Buster, Muffy and, when he gets outside, as francine tries to run away from gorge, she is blown off ground by a grenade. and onto the ground, dead.
Gorge then looks at a photo of Fern from his motercycle and rides away.
