Toby appears in the episode "Buster and the Daredevils" along with Slink. During that episode he and Slink went to Mighty Mountain Elementary School as seen when they were playing baseball during that episode.

It is safe to assume that after this episode he and Slink were transferred to Lakewood Elementary School soon afterward. Toby made rare appearances afterward and has not been seen for several seasons and episodes.

Just like Slink, he's a bully and made Buster do dares that got him into trouble many times until Buster finally had enough and stopped doing dares altogether.

After the episode, "Buster and the Daredevils", Toby has made very rare appearances and then disappeared right after Season 9 during the episode, "The "A" Team" and has never been seen in episodes or seasons ever since.

Description

Toby is an aardvark with a brown complexion. He wears a light blue sweater, black colored jeans, and black and white colored sneakers. He had several black strands of hair. During "The "A" Team" it appears that all of his hair was cut off as he is now bald.
