Summary
A heat wave hits Elwood City and causes a blackout, leaving Arthur and D.W. without TV or air conditioning. Alberto and Vicita's family doesn't mind the blackout... what's their secret?

Trivia
- When D.W. is cooling herself in front of the air conditioner, Arthur brings a glass of lemonade to her which contains two ice cubes. D.W. asks if there are still some ice cubes left in the freezer and says,"Things have a way of disappearing in that freezer." This may be a reference to the disappearance of D.W.'s snowball back in the first season.
