"Sue Ellen and the Brainasaurous" is the second half of the third episode in the third season of Arthur.

Summary

Sue Ellen is at first thrilled that Brain is her partner on a school project, but then wonders whether he's going to let her help at all.

Plot

Sue Ellen and the Brain are assigned to work on a project together (same assignment as "Arthur Goes Crosswire"). Francine and Buster say it will be easy as Brain does almost all of the work by himself. Sue Ellen wants to help, but the Brain doesn't let her because he keep on thinking she will ruin it and they both will fail.

This turns into a struggle when they are fighting over the project and the Brain falls in the mud, ruining their project. He tells Francine about it, and laughs and even admits that she would have pushed him in the mud, not just let him fall. Brain doesn't understand, but Francine explains that Sue Ellen is right about him being a report hog like how last year they did a project about France, and he was Napoleon and she was France and didn't give her any lines.

Even when they where in preschool he would fix other kids finger painting. Then she ask him how would he like it if Sue Ellen treated him like the way he treated her. Brain understands and apologize to Sue Ellen for not letting her help. She expect and decide to fix the project buy getting the class outside and doing the project like a fossil.
