Steve is a character that appears in various episodes as a background character. Not much is known about Steve other then the fact he hangs out with both Billy and Buster in the episode Buster Makes the Grade. He has had a few speaking roles like early in the episode Love Notes for Muffy and he even has a sister named Maria.
Appearance
Steve is light dark tanned rabbit that wears long tanned pants, an orange shirt with a white collar, and blue and white sneakers. He also wears glasses. His appearance has changed a bit and he has been seen as a white colored rabbit.
