Oliver Frensky is Francine and Catherine Frensky's father. He works at the Elwood City Dump and enjoys riding his bike. He is voiced by Mark Camacho. He has a good sense of humor. For example, he says he can't tie a tie because someone never showed him how, or after Francine calls Muffy "Muff, Rotten Stinkweed Crosswire...Spit," he responds "Strangely enough, 'Rotten Stinkweed Spit' is my own middle name! Do you think we could be related?" He also had a job at one point working as a fireman. The firemen there still joke around with him, implying they did that with him at the fire department. He also worked with Binky cleaning up trash, and he talked with Binky about his fears of fire in the episode April 9th. He is known to crack jokes.

Job

His job is to be a garbage man which is debut in the episode My Dad, the Garbage Man. In that episode, he says that people could make whole cities out of garbage.
