Mrs. Powers is the Brain's mother, and wife of Mr. Powers, and owns and operates an ice cream shop in Elwood City. Her given name is unknown.
Appearance
Mrs. Powers is seen with a pale complexion and blonde cream-colored hair. She originally had a brown complexion (like her son) and brown hair when she first appeared in The Perfect Brother, but her appearance has changed subsequently.
