Unknown Male Adult Poodle is a background character seen many times throughout the show. He is speculated to be Prunella's father, or at least have some relation to her. He is almost always seen near either Prunella, Rubella, or their mother; so they must know him in some way.

He works at the animal shelter and is a vet there. He told Arthur and Buster what happened to the squirrel they hurt.
