Meet Binky is the second half of the 6th episode of season 3. It originally aired on November 9th, 1998 along with Binky Rules. It was written by Sandra Willard and the storyboards were done by Jeremy O'Neill and Larry Jacobs.
Summary
Arthur is given a chance to be the first person to meet the band BINKY up close, but he would have to do it without his friends.
