Matt Damon is an award-winning actor and screenwriter.
He appeared on Arthur in "The Making of Arthur" where he planned to make a TV series based on the winner of the kids' video-making contest. Like many celebrities, they thought he would be mean, but he turned out to be friendly and nice.
Although George's "This Old Dollhouse" video won the contest, Matt decided to also make Buster's video about Arthur into a TV show. He went in person to tell Arthur, and his crew recorded Arthur and Pal running down the sidewalk, hence creating the theme song.
