Matt Damon is an award-winning actor and screenwriter.
He appeared on Arthur in "The Making of Arthur" where he planned to make a TV series based on the winner of the kids' video-making contest.
Although George's "This Old Dollhouse" video won the contest, Matt decided to also make Buster's video about Arthur into a TV show. He went in person to tell Arthur, and his crew recorded Arthur and Pal running down the sidewalk, hence creating the theme song.
In "On This Spot", Buster mentions one spot on the Derek Montaigne tour was where he supposedly received a call from Matt Damon.
