Summary

Arthur is going to be a combination of Frankenstein and a dentist for Halloween, but no one thinks it's scary, and D.W. can't stop hiccuping, so Arthur tries to scare her. Nothing works until Arthur puts on his costume.

Trivia

• In the title card, D.W.'s dress is colored orange and Arthur's pants are colored green. This is because it was a Halloween special and orange and green are colors particular for that holiday.
• When D.W. was taking a bath, she wore a yellow swimsuit which she stole from Francine Frensky. EVIL SNEAK!!!
