Dr. Victor Frankenstein is the main character of the story of Frankenstein, a novel by Mary Shelley. In the story, he (and his assistant in some versions of the story) bring to life a person made of dead body parts.
He appeared in Arthur in "Arthur's Snow Biz," where Igor wants his name included so he gets credit too, much to the doctor's disapproval.
He was mentioned again in "Fernkenstein's Monster."
