The story of Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley, is one of the most famous monster stories in the world. In it, a doctor named Frankenstein and his assisant create a living human from dead body parts.

It was first seen in the beginning of "Arthur's Snow Biz," where Igor wants his name included on their creation.

It also motivated Fern to write her own horror story in the episode "Fernkenstein's Monster."

Also, Arthur's halloween costume in "Hic or Treat" is 'Frankentist'; half Frankenstein, half dentist.
