When Binky's distraction fails, Francine is caught coming into the school late, and everyone gets sent to the principal's office to figure out what happened. Mr Ratburn is also happy that Arthur, Buster and the Brain admitted to him why they didn't do their homework. Mr Ratburn resolves this by giving them an extra assignment. Summary
