Chinese Food is a restaurant in downtown Elwood City that sells Chinese food. It first appeared in "Arthur's Lost Dog" as the restaurant that the Reads wait at for Arthur and Buster to find Pal. It also appears in D.W.'s imagination in "Grandma Thora Appreciation Day" as the final step of her planto use a custom fortune cookie message to invite Grandma Thora to the party.its the same chinese resturant the binky and his mom and dad and uset to go but now the panda ......
