Carl Becheva is an anthropomorphic dog that appears in several place doing various things. In the episode "How the Cookie Crumbles," he is at the photography studio and shows the kids the new bag design for Muffy's cookies. He is referred to as Carl by Muffy in this episode.
His last name is Becheva, as revealed in Arthur, It's Only Rock 'n' Roll, when Mr. Haney calls him up for winning the raffle for a quilt.
In "Francine Frensky, Superstar," he shows Francine the inner workings of a film camara, although his warning is not fast enough and she exposes the film to light.
Appearance
Carl is a tan anthropomorphic dog who wears a blue suit over a white shirt and a pink tie. He wears blue dress pants and brown shoes.
