He first appeared in Sue Ellen Chickens Out when Chickin Lickin' (owned by Beauregard Poulet) was attempting to purchase the rights to his restaurant, until Sue Ellen was creating a protest march to prevent the Sugar Bowl from being purchased out. He wears glasses.
