"Bully for Binky" is the first half of the twenty-third episode in the first season of Arthur.

Binky gets a taste of his own medicine when someone finally stands up to his bullying.

Plot

Binky is used to being the toughest kid in school, but he meets his match when Sue Ellen finally gets tired of his abuse.  Although he claims that he isn't scared, his bravery falters when he finds out that his opponent knows martial arts.
