Billy Biddles[1] and Bobby are preschoolers that made their first appearance in the episode "So Long, Spanky". It is unclear which is Billy and which is Bobby.
They even tried putting a spider on D.W. only for the spider to be eaten by the toad that was hiding in D.W.'s backpack, which caused the pranksters to flee in fear.
Billy is a vegetarian.
They appeared again in the episode Arthur's Almost Live Not Real Music Festival as part of the chorus that was singing the Library Card Song.
