The Backstreet Boys are an American pop band consisting of A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, and Kevin Richardson. They make guest appearances in the special "Arthur - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll".

Muffy's favorite Backstreet Boy was Nick, then Howie, and then A.J.^[1]
The video Muffy was watching on her TV was the Backstreet Boys' music video of "I Want it That Way."
The song played in the background while U Stink was backstage was "Larger Than Life".
