Arthur's Baby is the twelfth book in the Arthur Adventure series. It was written and illustrated by Marc Brown and published by Little, Brown and Company on November 30, 1987. It became adapted into Episode 11 of Season 1 with the same title, plus its direct sequel D.W.'s Baby.
Trivia
Notes
- This is the first appearance of Arthur and D.W.'s baby sister, Kate Read, who is an additional member of the Read family. Even though this is Kate's introduction in the series, many of the earlier books were even sequels to this book, and Kate was not a character until this book.
Goofs
- In the living room scene where D.W. diapers her dolls for practice, the stairs were next to the living room door like the previous books, but in the later scenes, the stairs were moved over to the far back as a redesign in the series.
