On Arthur

He portrayed a version of himself named Alex Lebeck in the season 5 episode "Arthur and the Big Riddle". The character appeared again in "Elwood City Turns 100!", though the character did not talk.

Trivia

  • He, like a lot of the actors in the series, is Canadian.
  • He also appeared in an episode of "Magic School Bus" and possibly "Sesame Street", which were both fellow PBS shows.  His "Sesame Street" appearance may be the second time a real-life game show host appeared on the show (the other being Richard Dawson).
