A is for Angry is the second half of the 7th episode of Season 9. It first aired on April 5, 2005 with Three's a Crowd.
Summary
In "'A' is for Angry", Arthur cracks after unwanted support from his friends, who want him to defeat The Brain and participate in the inter-scholastic checkers tournament.
Plot
There is a checkers contest and everyone wants Arthur to challenge the Brain, so he does. They have a pep rally for the contest, and only George wants the Brain to win. Muffy starts a web site for "the benefit of all the average kids". In the first pep rally, Brain wins. When they have a post game pep rally, in the middle of Arthur's pep talk, he screams at the crowd. Back at home he gets a call from Buster to check out Muffy's website. He finds out that Muffy has posted a video of his scream. The next day Muffy and Francine are passing out flyers supporting Brain. Arthur argures with Francine, untill Arthur crumbles up a flyer while screaming. At the next play-off match, everyone but Buster suppports Brain. Arthur conseads when the match starts. At Arthur's House Francine visits asking him to go to the inter-scholastics for them because Brain quit too. She apologises to Arthur. Muffy is chosen for the interscoalastics, but is disqualified. The episode ends when Arthur and Brain play checkers inside of Arthur's house.
