Mrs. MacDonald is Molly MacDonald & James MacDonald's mother. Oddly, she isn't a rabbit like Molly and James (lacking the ears and face), but has the same hair as her daughter so the MacDonald kids probably aren't adopted. Her husband was only seen briefly once, but he is shown as a rabbit, explaining why James and Molly are rabbits.
