It is the main subject of Arthur's TV Trouble. It is used to dispense dog treats on command. Arthur finally buys it for his dog with his hard-earned money. It malfunctioned often, and shot dog biscuit treats over the house. Its current whereabouts are unknown, although the back cover of the book it appears in shows it sitting next to a garbage bag.
