Martha is Mrs. MacGrady's sister. She came over to help Mrs. MacGrady when she had cancer in "The Great MacGrady."
She also appeared via webcam in "D.W., Queen of the Comeback," calling from India.
It's unknown how old Martha is, but judging from her hair (which doesn't show signs of graying/whitening), she appears to be much younger than her sister.
