Liam is a character that attends the Elwood City Preschool. He has appeared many times before in past episodes and was used as a background character and didn't have a speaking role until the episode The Last King of Lambland, which is the same episode where his name was revealed, even though somebody named Liam
signed D.W.'s petition to keep Mary Moo Cow on the air. He is friends with James (as seen in the picture below.) He is also most likely friends with Emily and D.W. along with the other kids at the preschool although they have not mentioned him before. He seems to be kind but not much is known about him so it is really unknown.
Appearance
Liam is a brown bear that wears an yellow shirt, orange overalls, and blue and white snearkers. In D.W.'s Backpack Mishap he was seen wearing a yellow and orange striped swim suit.
