Art Garfunkel is a Grammy-award winning American singer, poet, and Golden Globe nominated actor best known for being one-half of the folk duo Simon & Garfunkel.

He guest starred on Arthur in "The Ballad of Buster Baxter" as the singing narrator. He is noteworthily one of a few narrators of an entire episode, and of those, the only one to be a guest star.

He later appeared in "Elwood City Turns 100!" as one of the many guest stars Muffy invites to the play. He does not speak in this appearance, however.
