Summary
Binky starts a campaign to put in more bike lanes for the city, but can't seem to get people to see it as a worthy cause.
Plot
Binky watches a Lance Armstrong DVD on Muffy's plasma TV and he wins. Binky's so excited that he forgets to clean up the mess on the floor. He mimics the reporter in the bike race on the way home, but suddenly he trembles over a pothole. His mom cures the injury and tells Binky that it is the last time he will bike on the street. But at least his mom tells him he can bike in the park when his homework is done. Binky doesn't like the change and tells Mr. Frensky. He says that on Tuesday, people is the whole town of Elwood City is going to vote rather if the streets should have more of them. Binky likes the idea, but then he is told that people in the town don't care for bike lanes and that people who do care don't vote. Binky wanted everyone to vote so Mr. Frensky wishes him luck. Binky makes flyers and gives them to his friends to vote. Brain tells him that you have to be 18 or up to vote. Binky had been disappointed, but Brain says they could get grown-ups to vote. He thought the idea was neat then creates a bike lane brigade. Then everyone tells adults to start voting. Brain tells Mr. Crosswire at the Ice Cream Shop, but he just runs away. Buster makes up a slogan, but Arthur says it doesn't rhyme. Buster changes bike lanes to submarine lanes to make it rhyme. Then Binky asks Mrs. MacGrady to vote. Mrs. McGrady agreed to vote until she saw that everyone was voting for bike lanes. She then decides not to vote. Later on, the gang looks at their list. Binky imagines that everyone votes that bikes should be illegal. Then Muffy tells Binky if he wants everyone to vote, he should make everyone feel like they're at a party. So Muffy makes her own commercial, but Brain only tells her to pick a celebrity to vote. Binky spots Lance Armstrong outside giving autographs and Binky races to tell him something. Mr. Frensky told him that Lance asked for directions to the bike course. He goes there, but assumes he missed him. Then Lance zooms by. Binky goes as fast as he can and calls his name. He stops, but after that Binky hits another pothole and crashes again. Lance has to cure another injury and tells Binky he doesn't really need to help him. Binky isn't so sure, but then the two of them take a ride and Lance tells Binky why bike lanes are important to him. Then, Mrs. MacGrady thinks about voting for bike lanes. Afterwards, Mr. Frensky, Mrs. McGrady and Binky bike on the new lanes.
