Flippity Francine is the first half of the second episode of Season 16. It first aired on October 16, 2012 along with "Muffy Takes The Wheel."
Summary
Francine messes up a soccer kick and Muffy posts the video online. She enjoys the fame of being class clown, but after a while, doing the same joke over and over is funny anymore.
