The Photographer is a unnamed character that has appeared in several episodes of Arthur. He has always been seen around a camera taking photographs, and in "How the Cookie Crumbles" it seems like he may have his own photography studio. Since digital photography has become more common, he has appeared less in recent episodes. The photographer was revealed to live in Westboro Apartments in "Meek for a Week."

Season 1
- Francine's Bad Hair Day - He was seen taking school pictures for Mr. Ratburn's third grade class. He was also shown to be the one taking photos the year prior.
- Arthur Babysits - He is seen in Arthur's fantasy in a zoo setting, running away.
