World's End Park is a public park on a peninsula surrounded by Bear Lake in Elwood City.
Along with the usual picnic tables and park benches along pathways, there is a bicycle course through the park with lots of hills and turns.
In "Arthur Cleans Up", the park becomes extremely littered, prompting Arthur's dad to organize the "Kids' Clean-up Brigade".
