this episode starts out when Mr Ratburn was making his lesson plans for the next fews months it took him three days to complete. for the first month was about the weather and climate with two quizs and four homework assignments, two projects and one unit test. then the next one was about plate tectonics with three homework asssignments, one project three quizs and a unit test. He was drink coffee to keep himself awake so that he can't get tired because Mr Ratburn was up all night long trying to come with a lesson plan for the third month, he started out with five homework assignments and two quiz about flora and fanua and the one on biomes, one team project, but when to the unit test he started to notice that he heart beat was moving faster, sweat was pouring down his back and his breathing was heavy. then he realized that he is having a heart attack and went to the living room to find the nearest phone he could to call an ambulance and he did.the operator had told that the ambulance is on it was here and he won't have worry and mr ratburn thank him. 

At the hospital Mr ratburn was recovering from his heart attack he was in a hospital bed with some machines attached to him especially with a iv tube and needles attached to his hand with a little drop of morphine attach to him. his doctor came by and told him that he was fortunate that it wasn't fatal, but he reminded him that he needed some bed rest and some prescribed medication and stress activates like from example knitting and walking in the park. Mr Ratburn was reluctant at first ,but he needed to recover from his accident and the last thing he needed was another heart attack
