User blog:Scrooge200/The Length of All Arthur Episodes Combined

I was wondering how long it would take to watch every Arthur episode ever made. I wrote it out in Notepad:

Each Arthur episode is 11 minutes long, not counting the theme song, And Now a Word From Us Kids, And Now a Word From Marc Brown, Which Arthur Character Are You?, any PBS Kids bumpers, and ad breaks.

Season 1 has sixty 11-minute segments. That's 660 minutes.

Season 2 has fourty 11-minute segments. That's 440 minutes.

Season 3 has thirty 11-minute segments. That's 330 minutes.

Seasons 4 through 19, which have 220 minutes each, come to a total of 3300 minutes.

Season 20 and 21 have fourteen 11-minute segments each. That's 154 minutes.

The length of each episode combined is 4884 minutes, or 81.4 hours. That's more than three days!

What if you wanted to add the four TV specials, which are 60 minutes each? That's 5124 minutes, or 85.4 hours.

And if you wanted to go even further and watch every episode of Postcards from Buster, that would be 605 minutes, or a little over ten hours. (10.083333...)

Recap:

If you watched every episode of Arthur consecutively, it would take 4884 minutes, or 81.4 hours.

If you add the four hour-long Arthur TV specials onto that, it would take 5124 minutes, or 85.4 hours.

If you watched every episode of the spin-off series Postcards from Buster, it would take 605 minutes, or 10.083333 hours.

Combining Arthur, the specials, and Postcards from Buster gives you 5729 minutes, or 96.23 hours of Arthur-related TV content. That's four days straight!
