Adam and Twilight ran hard across the park, Matthew chaceing after them. Twilight was a stronger runner than Adam, but it did not matter Adam was putting up a fight to keep pace. They where able to see Fern standing still and Gyarados lumming over her. Fern and Gyarados turned toward Adam and Twilight and woosh. "Hi, Fern." Adam said. Fern was on Twilights back and the two where off in a hurry. They ran down the street towards home. Matthew stopped at Gyarados and called him back. Matthew paced back and forth thinking away to get up to Adam and Twilight. He looked down and say the bike that Fern rode to get there. Minutes latter Adam, Fern and Twilight was at the Walters residents. They laid in the living room. All of them out of breath as Doria entered the room. "What is going on here." She demanded. "Matthew.....Chasing us.......Tired." Adam said through deep breaths. Adam sat down on the coach. "Matthew told me something weird today." Adam said finally relaxed. "Who is Matthew?" Fern asked. "Yes, who is Matthew?" Doria said too. "Matthew was my brother. He was the one at the park blocking our paths to come home." Adam answered. "He also said that I am not his brother that I am some one elses." Fern and Doria where silent at the news Adam brought when a loud crash. The group looked at the window and it was shattered into flaming bits. They could see out side that Matthew was standing next to his Blazkin and the bike Fern burrowed was standing next to them. "Adam I am home." Matthew cried. "Adam, I want you and your Pokemon to come out here or I will burn down this house with you inside." Adam walked up to the shattered glass and looked through the empty window sill. "There is only one thing I have to do first if you want a battle." Adam asked. "I need to go get my Pokemon from the Vets." Matthew staired. "Ok I will allow this." Matthew said. "If you do not come back, I will burn down this house and I will hunt you down like the loser you are." Matthew sneared after saying those last words. "Fine I am going" Adam said. Adam walked out the front door pass by Matthew and down the street to the vets. Meanwhile back at the house another set of glareing eyes appeared from the upstairs. Adam just ran, and ran. All he could think of is the saftey of his sister and his new mom. Untill he got to the vets he burst through the doors and asked the nurse for his Pokemon back. Once he left he had found an another surprise out front of the building. Back at the Walter residents, Matthew stood out side the shattered window of the house looking at his watch. "Where is this guy of your." Matthew demanded. "It does not take this long to get Pokemon from a Pokemon center." Matthew looks at Blaziken and smiles in at him and shakes his head. Blazikens list burst into flames. "Hold on." Adam said out loud. "Well, well you are late." Matthew said empattently. "I had to run to the vets, it is not close to here." Adam said. "Fine" Matthew said. "I see you keep a Pokemon out side just like back at my home." Adam looked at Zoura. "It does not matter now. When I finish you off, your Pokemon will be mine." Matthew sneared. "Oh, right Blaziken you are first." Blaziken jumped in front of Matthew. Adam stared at Zoura and than. "Poliwag lets Rock'n Roll." Adam said as he through out a Pokeball. The Pokeball broke free and a blue, spherical tadpole. It has large eyes, a pink mouth, and a long, mostly transparent tail. It has newly developed legs that still are not used to walking. It feature a black and white swirl on its abdomen, which is actually its innards showing through its semitransparent skin. The swirl looks clearer after it eats, and the skin is very elastic so that it will not break if the Pokémon is bitten. The direction of the belly spiral differs by area, with the equator being thought to have an effect on this. Adam revealed his Pokedex from his pants pocket and scans Poliwag for Matthew to know what he has Poliwag, Tapole Pokemon, Its skin is so thin, its internal organs are visible. It has trouble walking on its newly grown feet. Adam closed and put the device back into his pocket. "This is new." Matthew said. "So this took you so long, so you can get get yourself a water type Pokemon." "Actually, no. Adam counterd. "Poliwag meet me at the vets with Ferns Riechu." Riechu appears from behind a bush. He was blushing from the kind comment Adam said. "Well are you scared of my Poliwag." Adam taunted. Matthew sneared at Adam and Riechu. Riechu was so intimenated by Matthew's glare he jumoed into the bush. "Get him Blaziken." Matthew ordered. "Blaziken use Fire Punch." Blaziken's hand soundenly went on fire and jabs Poliwag. The Attack was not as effective as Matthew thought. Because Poliwag had braced the attack and took some of the damage of the Pokemon's attack. "Poliwag counter with Water Sport" Adam ordered. Poliwag jumped on to its feet and started spraying water all over the place. After the first battle Matthew had the lead by throwing a major attack. Spite the water Matthew was not worried. "Blaziken finish this little guy off with a Blaze Kick." Matthew commanded. Blaziken jumps into the air and stretched his leg and his feet went on fire. The attack hit Poliwag right on the mark and Poliwag fainted from battle. "Good work. Poliwag." Adam said. "Ok, Zoura, it is your turn." Zoura jumped out onto the feild. "roof, roof" she said. Then she transformed ger self into a Pidove. "OK, Pidove use Extrasensory." Adam said. Pidoves eyes glowed a rainbow of colours and a ball of light appeared on its head and a beam of light hit Blaziken. Blaziken tried to stand but the attack was so strong that Blaziken just fainted. "You kidding me." Matthew screamed as he returned his Pokemon. "You did not do any damage on your first turn. "I know, but I weakened your fire type attacks with Water Sport and my Zoura seems to be muchh faster than your Blaziken." Adam tried to explain. "Fine, you want power, I will show you power." Matthew screamed out loud. "Gyarados, Time for war." Gyarados appeared from his Pokeball. It stretched his massive body out and roared a terrifying roar. The intemitation has affected Zoura. "Gyarados, use Hyoer Beam." Matthew screamed. Gyarados reached for the sky and a bright light appeared from his mouth. Then a beam of light stricks the ground infront of Zoura. The attack missed. "You are kidding me." Matthew screamed in frustration. "That attack should hit." Gyarados sunk to the ground in shame. "You should not scream at your Pokemon." Adam said cautiously. "Gyarados must not perfected that attack." "You should say that about your over size fish." Matthew said. After I evolved it I teached it Hyper Beam off the back." Adam looked at Gyarados than to Matthew. "You have not trained Gyarados." Adam said in amazement. "Same with Blaziken, I had him since I rushed evolved him from a Torchic." Adam stared again occuredly. "What is rush evolved?" Adam asked. Matthew smiled. "I gave him rare candy so that I can skip all the training and leveled him up to all of his evolution time." Adam stare turned to fear. He thought his Zoura was fast, but it was not. He learned that Rare Candy can decress the states of the Pokemon. Matthew did not care he just wanted a Blaziken. As for Gyarados, he probably has not been in much battles since he got him meaning he has not changed at all. "This battle is over." Adam demanded. "I can not battle a trainer that those not know what to do with there Pokemon." Adam turned to Zoura. "This battle is over, you can transform back." Adam told her. She turned from the battle and walked in to the house. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Matthew ordered. "I know what happened to your mom." Adam froze in side the house. "What happen to my mom?" Adam said. "How about finish our battle?" Matthew said. "What happen to my mom?" Adam said as he ran out of the house. "Good, you accepted my challenge." Matthew sneared at Adam. What Matthew did not know was that he has waken the beast inside Adam.
