The court room became dead silent, the crowd and the jury looked at each other.  As the judge sat staired at the defendent Adam.  The judge knows now that this is another plan created by the opposition looking for another way to ruin the life of this child.  The final out come not only may ruin the dreams of this child it can also split up another family either way this will be a tough trial.  "Order, Order in the Court."  the judge announced.  "I will hear from both sides on each of there stories and the jury will decided what will be the final verdict."  The judge lowered his hands and Catherin and Matthew sat down, Adam turned his head to them and saw they sat down so he sat down with a big smile.  Adam sat down and the judged called in the lawers who will represent the defendent and the platif.  The lawers walked in one was a unusal mushroom creature, with pair of angry eyes and a mouth with sharp fangs and a pair of shoes.  The other was a human wearing a blue jean with blue overals and red shirt.  He had a red hat with a "M" on the center.  He had a brown mustache and blue eye rentna.  He looked over at the lawer with me.  "Now, I want to hear your opening statements."  The judge asked.  Adam stook his hand up and the judge looked over to Adam.  "Yes, what is it?"  The judge said.   Adam nervously asked.  "What is a opening statement?"  The lawers looked at Adam.
