Hello again, Keith here. It's time to get brutally honest with users around here a number of issues that some of us have noticed around here. I'm just going to go off.

1. Admin/User Rights: If you happen to get any type of user rights, please try to be here more often. I understand everyone is busy with life, but try to be here. However, that's not the point I wanted to bring up.

The real point I wanted to bring up, is when you do have rights please keep them. Reason I'm saying that is lately, users have resigned quickly and suddenly, it's put this site in a position where the remaining mods are being forced to work even harder than before.

While we've had users on here, no users have requested rights and it does become a problem for us. We look to change that by offering users positions though.

2. I'm Done: We know everyone has problems in life, but guess what? I'm not a grief counselor and neither is Jushiro, Possible, or anyone else.

That's right I'm talking to you Adam (aka Orion). Spare me the "I have issues" excuse, because I'm tired of hearing it over and over again.

We can only give you advice. Constantly talking about it, acting like it's going to go away is not doing something about it. You comeback the next day and act as if everything is back to normal again.

In 2012, I made a similar blog about you and almost two years later we're still right back to where we started. Nothing has changed and nothing has been done about your family life.

For a man whose almost thirty years old, what are you going to do now? What, when you become a teacher, you're going to let the kids in class push you around and make you their bitch?

You're going let your kids do the same? You're going to let your brothers push you around when you turn 35 or 40? All you do is runaway when users question you about your judgement.

My past arguments with Possible, I stood my ground. I never ranaway to hide from him. So you want to know what, I'm going to be blunt and give you an ultimatum.

You can either suck it up and be a man when you make mistakes or keep acting like a washed up, narcissistic, douchebag to everyone across the sites you're part of. You're choice, because I've been dealing with this crap for almost four years now.

If you choose the latter, resign as mod from all of your sites, because you're just setting yourself up to piss many users off.

I tried being nice, but now playing nice is over. I'm done playing nice with this and so are the other mods here. Whatever happens, we're turning the other cheek. This blog is over.
