User blog:DJ MC CJ/Addressing Issues

This blog here will address issues I've seen within the past two years I've been here. First I am back after repairing my PC and this will be temporary until the new PC arrives soon and for the last few days I've been using a Playstation 3(PS3) to edit here. Now it's time for the issues.

1. Users/contributors all of you need to stop posting things in my message page about other issues taking place on other wikis. I have no control over that as I am admin on this wiki. I'm not a Wikia Staff either, so posting the problems your having on other wikis on my message page is useless, a waste of time, and it's adding more useless messages to my message page. If users continue to I will just say "Sorry can't help you as I can only do so much here." Also users please don't contact me from other wikis in any way if you get blocked here, cause I'm not going to answer at all. I'm just going to ignore it. If you don't understand why you were blocked contact the administrators and ask why you were blocked. Don't contact me from other wikis that I rarely edit from any way and I'm not everyone's parents either.

2. If you have a problem with a user/users first don't go onto their message page and try to make things personal. Let me, Muppetfan, or Magnezonomon know about what's happening. Making things personal will only add fuel to the fire. If any user makes things personal to the point where a flame war takes place everyone involved will be perminately blocked from this wiki.

3. Please don't come on the chat and start bitching and whining about being bullied by trolls, spammers, and vandals. Bitching about it doesn't solve problems. Keep in mind cyberbullies can get in serious trouble for cyberbullying, so instead of talking about it and doing nothing take a stand and take action. Actions speak louder then words. If you don't then the bullies win and you lose.

4. Users verify the information on a page is legit before doing any type of rollback on the page. It maybe the correct info. Undoing edits on pages is technically vandalism and will get you blocked. Yes some of you users know who you are that are doing just that or have done it in the past.

5. Users/contributors if you don't have something nice to say don't post it at all. Flame wars have occurred here in the past and I will say this. If anyone starts a flame war or is even part of the flame war they will be blocked no questions asked and regardless of who started it, cause I'll end it. Also posting stupid comments like yes, no, first, last, your phone number, your address, how sexy you are, Facebook account, and anything else that has nothing to do with the page will be deleted and you will get a warning.

6. Even though galleries have been discontinued permanently try to locate and delete duplicate pictures.

7. Any type of racial slurs said around here will get any user automatically blocked here and this includes words aimed at gay people. Profanity words that are allowed are ass and bitch are okay here just as long as your not using it against someone to entice a flame war or there will be severe consequences. There will be no use of any variation of the n word for any reason what so ever even if it's talking about something controversial in the page/pages.

8. I know for a fact that we all make mistakes when it comes to grammar and that's okay. Everyone can feel free to go back to pages they made and fix that.

9. New users/contributors I understand you may not be aware of certain things around here and so does my fellow administrators. Please make attempts to read the rules that are set for this wiki. Cause after the third time of doing something your not suppose the "I didn't know I wasn't suppose to do that" excuse is just that an excuse and it won't fly after the third time. So please take your time to read the rules of the wiki. There should be no excuse for not reading the rules of the wiki any way.

10. Users/contributors don't post any type of information about yourself that cyberbullies could use against you. It just makes you a target for them and other bullies within wikia. You don't have to take this advice, but take it into serious consideration, because I've seen it take place over and over again. True that we should be able to post whatever we want on here, but posting your phone number, what school you go to, and other types of info is just too much.

11. Finally everyone makes their fanons how they want and no one can tell you what you should or should not do. Respect other users fanons and what they like doing best with the stories since it is there imagination. Also no one should judge anyone because of what they like to do. I'll admit I'm a huge fan of buses and transportation in general and I take pictures of them with ever possible chance I get. No one should ever tell me that I'm wasting my time or it's a stupid thing to do. You see something in that thing you like that they don't and you keep doing what you do best.

12. No one has any rights what so ever to interfere in someone else's business without asking. Some users can be sensitive about even revealing the slight bit of information about themselves or information about something else they did on either this wiki or other wikis in general. The point is respect other users privacy, cause the last thing we need is users having a personal beef with someone here because they revealed something they weren't suppose to reveal. If a user does complain to me or my fellow administrators about their privacy being violated here we will take immediate action.

This is all for what I have to address. These issues are not directed at anyone in general. It's directed to everybody regardless of whether they have been involved with these issues or not.
