The Sable Stallion is a fictional book seen in "Muffy's Classy Classics Club," written by C.K. Welch.
The only thing mentioned about the book seem to be the characters, which include a horse, a little girl, and a horse trainer. It is mentioned horse seems to know what the little girl is thinking. Francine mentions about the horse trainer being evil, to which Brain contests that he is only the product of a repressive era and a father that cannot display affection.
